This video is the continuation of Guolin Qigong: Fixed Step Exercise. It contains Part 2 which covers Shenshu Type Fixed Step Exercise, Fast Type Fixed Step Exercise and Commentary. It also contains Part 3 - Concluding Exercise.
Fixed Step Exercise is practised by staying in the same place. Its movements are slow and do not consume much energy. As such it is suitable for the elderly people, those who are physically weak as well as patients in the hospitals.

Concluding Exercise is performed at the end of practising a main qigong exercise. The purpose is to let the `nei qi` or inner energy produced during the couse of qigong practice settle to Dantian.
