Natural Walking Exercise (Zi Ran Xing Gong)

Natural Walking Exercise (Zi Ran Xing Gong) is the basic exercise of Guolin Qigong. Its basic techniques are found in all the other walking qigong exercises.

It adopts moderate strength nasal respiration i.e. inhale twice (xixi_) and exhale once (hu_). Inhalation and exhalation are of equal timing to achieve a balance in respiration. This mode of respiration allows one to take in a large amount of oxygen, suppressing the growth and multiplication of cancer cells.

Persistence in practising Natural Walking Exercise in the morning can stimulate the flow of inner energy (nei qi), improve the blood circulation to the various parts of the body, and increase the immunity to diseases, leading to prevention and cure of cancer.
